how can i handle this?
Okay, long story short, i have a story set in WWII. And i have OCs, one is second generation japanese, the other white. They do not like each other. not at all. the white character is a racist ass, and the japanese one is totally pissed at him for it. At the same time, there is some mad sexual tension here. How can I approach the homosexual dynamic between this pair while handling the racial tensions as minimally problematic as possible? (obviously it will be problematic but i want to write it in a way that highlights the problematic bits as problematic instead of pretending the racism here was cured by magic buttsex)
